Payment Processing

All payments on Comply Connect are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe in Australia.

Subscriptions

RTO subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Job Packages

Job listing packages are one-time payments. Once a package is activated, it is non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at contact@complyconnect.com.au within 14 days of the transaction.

Data Security

We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our platform. Access to your account data is protected by password authentication and, where available, two-factor authentication.
