By accessing or using the Comply Connect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Comply Connect Pty Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Platform Use

The platform is intended to connect workers, employers, and registered training organisations (RTOs) in Australia. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4. Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you post, including job listings, course information, and profile details. Comply Connect reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees and job package fees are payable as described at the time of purchase. All fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
